We had a fabulous time at Newquay Zoo on the 9th July. The weather could not have been more glorious. The children were extremely well behaved and loved learning about all the animals. Truro Nursery School is the only school in Cornwall to have been awarded accreditation as a language supportive school by the leading speech and language charity ICAN. We are planning a trip to Newquay Zoo this term. We are especially excited to see the meer cat we have adopted (a gift from Mrs Lees – our teacher who retired at Christmas).
